Zain Siddiqui, PhD

Zain joined the Camp Hobé board in 2023. Zain Siddiqui is a director and lead economist in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Intelligence. He advises PwC stakeholders and clients on the business implications of emerging macro and geopolitical vulnerabilities, helping leaders to shape business strategy. Zain specializes in macroeconomics and finance. His research has appeared in macroeconomic journals and in books on international economic policy. Prior to joining PwC Intelligence, Zain provided economic and transfer pricing advisory services to clients within the capital market and banking space. He also worked as a staff economist at the Asian Development Bank and as an associate economist at the Federal Reserve. Zain holds a PhD in economics from the University of Utah and a Masters in economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Zain received his PhD in economics from the University of Utah. While at the University he worked as a staff economist at the Asian Development Bank. Prior to graduate school, he worked as an associate economist at the Federal Reserve Board. Zain is the proud father of two children. He is passionate about spending time with his kids, college football, running, and reading.
